Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor the delivery of your package.  We primarily ship using USPS or UPS through Pirate Ship to ensure reliable and competitive shipping rates.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Tesla Time Travels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
